There’s absolutely no reason why one cannot live a deeply pleasurable and meaningful life in the pursuit of what matters most to them. It doesn’t have to be grand, but it is important. Each one of us has a story, and we’d like it to go well. Perhaps it’s returning to a deeply fulfilling simplicity. Or, it’s that a person contains a desired version of themself and inner destiny that calls them forward into growth and creating change/beauty.
It’s our nature to be well. Our bodies heal, and so do our minds. Our lives can, and in fact, do operate from an ancient biological impulse towards greater organization and growth.
Natural means nothing is forced. At O Claire we consult with those primal impulses for goodness, ease, and pleasure in our humanness, our wiring, and our nature. We work with what is immediately available. Arriving by force, hustle and ultimately, burn-out is NOT our game. And it’s also not a sustainable achievement.
When we look around, we can see that all life operates on a fundamental wavelength of increasing vitality, peaking to a level of abundance that feeds and creates more vitality, and then decreasing momentum for rest, retrieval, and rebirth. Think of the rising and setting of the sun, our cardio-respiratory functionings, or the life cycle of a fruit tree.
Orgasmic means all life operates and shifts in rhythms and wave-forms. My aim is to help you be with life in all its intensities – from small to large, beautiful & painful, past/present/future – using the most pleasurable and easeful way forward.
The work I embark on with my clients is a combination of recognizing and affirming one’s organic yearnings, and pairing them with the practice of a healthy and integrated sexuality. For some, the pursuit of any type of pleasure in our lives, whether professional, personal, spiritual, or intimate is dependant upon how open and flowing your channel for sexual energy is.
Who I Am
I have always valued performing and seeing the world from a high vantage point. When a teacher told me to think from beyond the box, I never stepped back in.
Initially I was on a trajectory to becoming a civil engineer and architect, utilizing the gamit of tenacity, skills, and creativity I had gained to craft an income. Very early on I was forced to face certain societal and personal realities that caused me to endure sexual and relationship abuse. From that came a decade long journey of healing PTSD, completely turning my life around, and deriving new meaning and profound purpose from the life that I am living.
The nature of my wounds led me to retrieving a profoundly liberating feminine sexuality that has only accelerated my joy and authentic pursuits, and continues to do so.
I have not stopped striving for a deep and true existence. It has been my personal destiny to experience certain peaks and freedom amidst the chaos that it seems only few people in my world lean into to experience. I’m convinced that we all desire those peaks and freedom, and I’m driven to help guide us to that fulfillment.
The need to heal is not the obstacle, it’s the door. And I walk through all of them in my own life, retaining the wisdom for sustained growth and for others along the way.
Why, How & What I Do
I am on a mission to bring out a woman’s innate sense of sovereignty in her world.
There are so many spaces in the world where women in their full authentic breadth, power, and pleasure are needed… starting within their bodies, bedrooms, and within their own home. Expand that reach into real community efforts and political/environmental reclamation, we begin to see the world change where evolution is not just for one but for the whole.
More than that, what I desire most is to see all humans – man and woman alike – feeling more fulfilled and excited about their lives and the world around them. I believe that in each of us is a responsibility towards that destiny.
Every day is a new opportunity. I work with people that have grounded themself in this understanding enough to now take the leaps available in this moment, right now, to effloresce their more brilliant and true self. This is about commiting to the practices to such an enjoyable degree that creating a dream becomes a lifestyle, not just past-time you entertain with a Sunday nap.
We cut through old conditioning and re-tell the story of how your life ought to go, we learn to let the world around us be who they are while we be who we are, and we fly our wounded selves ever forward into a healthier horizon.

While there is absolutely space to speak about the events or circumstances of our past and present, O Claire’s coaching container differs in that we are here, first and foremost, to move onto the other side of that. I help you take the necessary leaps to creating the lifestyle that puts you in the way of whatever fulfillment you’re seeking in life – whether in relationship, sex, spiritually, or even further into business, career, and life! ORGANIC INTELLIGENCE® (OI) is a beautiful therapeutic process whose growing success is creating a new paradigm in the field of trauma-based psychotherapy. One in which a human being is seen as part of and its own ecology of highly intelligent and efficient systems that is always in communication and coordinating with one another in order to continue evolving. As such, it is method built on an understanding of innate wholeness at all times; where a person’s “trauma” or the person themself is not seen as “separate” from a greater belonging. It is the most gentle and safe approach to post-trauma growth developped in the world today because it doesn’t ask us to look directly at the sticky “material” of trauma, but at how the biology is finding its own organic way of integrating it. More simply put: it’s about me, as a coach, helping you and your entire nervous system and “being” come back into its natural rhythmic attunement to what is pleasurable and enjoyable about being alive. Together, we find the ways that your biology is sending organizing information to yourself in order to feel simply good again and get back to your most beautiful and meaningful life. I also consult on TANTRA, some Taoist practice and techniques, how to map out and embody one’s unique and AUTHENTIC SEXUAL CONSTELLATION. This work draws on multiple texts written on the subject, but also on my own trajectory through years of workshops/training and experience of approaching a tantric lifestyle, holding sexuality as part of our natural aliveness and spirituality, and practicing a more sacred and grateful relationship with ourselves and others in this arena. Tantra will be defined differently by each person you consult with, and my belief is that as one develops a sensual understanding of the subtle body as well as the physical body and that of the world around them, they will come to their own unique embodiment of Tantra. There are specific exercises that I will share that have been carried through the Tantra and Taoist traditions for centuries that aid each of us in discovering the depth and breadth of our human potential. I have drawn a lot of valuable resources from Tantra and Taoism in order to grow authentic human pleasure. My passion in the field of sexuality has grown from over a decade of personal practice in order to heal from sexual trauma, and in the process, it has given me so much more than that. And for that reason, I am adament that the women I work with empower this root in their lives as a fundamental core value to their growth as a whole. A great sex life makes for a GREAT life!
Lastly, a big part of the work I bring up and out in others is a piece around SURRENDER and its ultimate aim of SELF-REALIZATION. Surrender is the only path to a woman’s best orgasms in bed and in life. And how deeply we allow and trust ourselves to surrender to the path of our true bliss in the different areas and experiences of our life is how we are led to who we really are, what our purpose is, and a complete understanding of why we are each important. Every thing has a value, every experience has a value. I, myself, have undergone a profound full life transformation through the process of surrender. And in 2012/2013, this led me to experience a self-understanding in some traditions is considered a full kundalini awakening and enlightenment experience. What I’ve seen is that I tend to attract a much deeper and richer experience of life to spring forth in those that are ready. I ask you to walk a path into the unknown in order to truly know. Each one of us has our own unique process of unfolding the flower of our being – beautifully, colourfully, and with ecstasy.
